REDUCED SETTLE SUBURBS
Passengers are often prone to delays in outlying "growth" areas where available cars can be few and far between.
The Reduced Settle Suburb scheme is therefore designed to encourage all of the drivers operating through Delta to gravitate towards 23 designated suburbs identified as generating unmet demand from passengers.
Cover the required threshold of bookings per week in any qualifying suburb and Delta will reduce your next settle by £3 / booking, all the way down to zero if you cover enough.
|2 or more bookings||AINSDALE / CALDERSTONES / GATEACRE / HALE VILLAGE / NETHERLEY / OTTERSPOOL / RAINHILL / SOUTHPORT|
|3 or more bookings||AUGHTON / BELLE VALE / GRASSENDALE / PAGE MOSS / ST HELENS|
|5 or more bookings||ALLERTON / CHILDWALL / GARSTON / HALEWOOD / HUNTS CROSS / ORMSKIRK / PRESCOT / WHISTON / WIRRAL / WOOLTON|
The qualifying period covers bookings "requested" between 00.01 Thursday and 23.59 Wednesday irrespective of when the booking was "accepted" or "picked up" and reductions are applied to the following week's settle charges, much the same as account work.
Bookings qualify if they are COMPLETED or BOGEYED (no show). Bookings do not qualify if CANCELLED.
Settle reductions are capped at the driver's next due settle. There is no rollover or cashback for drivers qualifying for reductions exceeding the value of their settle. 20 Wirral jobs (£60 reduction) for a new driver on £50 / week settle will result in zero settle owed with no carry over.
Suburb names are defined by our street directory boundaries, so if you think the job is in Southport but the booking says "Ainsdale", it will be treated as Ainsdale, not Southport.
The Reduced Settle Suburb Scheme is a temporary arrangement that may be AMENDED or WITHDRAWN at any time and without notice.
